Caption, Oxford's annual small-press comics convention, was held in the Oxford Union Society, Oxford, England on the 18th and 19th of August 2001.
OK, so it rained for the first time since CAPTION92. And they were redecorating, so the upstairs room was unavailable. And and the Oxford Union has had another change of management. Love overcame all obstacles and everyone seemed to have a grand time.
