[Caption-discuss] RE: caption table at winter comics thingy

When I was in Gosh dropping off some copies of my
comic, Tony Lee mentioned that Kev had been muttering
about tables being oversubscribed and that he was keen
on doing something like the caption table at the
winter comics festival ... *interesting* thought I.

I've only just joined this mailing group and this
Caption was my first too, so hello caption people.

I thought Caption was really good. The talks were good
and I found the inking workshop really useful too, as
I'd only used pens before, I found using a brush more
expressive too.

And also I'd like to say Caption was great- it opened
my eyes more to what is going on in the small (I'd
prefer to say Independent!) press.
